Dear All,

We are planning to migrate our DC and Exchange from 2000 to 2003. We have 3
DC and one AD integrated exchange 2000.
Now we are planning to migrate only Root DC and exchange 2000.

I have upgraded exchange 2000 to exchange 2003. Now i need to upgrade our OS
from 2000 to 2003.
so i need to run the Adprep utility. Here i have two doubt now.

1. whether i need to migrate the ROOT DC first or the AD integrated exchange
2000 server?
2.which server i need to run the adprep first (either in root Dc or in AD
integrated exchange 2000, or in Both)?

Can anybody help ?

Regards,
Johnson
