Migration from exchange 2000 to 2007 new domain/forest

I can't find much documentation about the way to go.

Just make a trust and then move mailbox with the Exchange 2007 GUI?

Of can it be done without a trust with powershell?
I want the move the useraccount with ADMT.

Does anyone have any documentation of the best way to approach this?
