Migration from Pegasus to Exchange/Outlook 2K

I have some 500 clients currently using Pegasus and
CMail. We are upgrading to exchange and Outlook 2K, How
do I migrate all the users emails and folders from Pegasus
to Exchange 2K?
Something nice and simple would be appreciated.

I had to do it for a customer and decided to use Uniaccess.

It's not a "nice and simple" process though. It takes some manual work to do
it.
