I installed this some time ago, but it still has an empty transaction log
etc. It is on Exchange 2003 connecting to WM5 and WM6 smartphones.

All the phones have worked for ages with ActiveSync, but this tool doesn't
seem to.

Help?

Neil

My transaction log just shows actions i've done when logged into the web
admin tool. For me it just lists pda's that I've manually deleted via the
Remote Wipe tool.

Alex

Neil,

The transaction log will not show the transactions the devices do with the
server. the idea is looking at the transactions the administrator has done
to devices.

If you want to have information about the devices, go to the other option in
the main page, give a user name, and you will see the devices connected to
his account, with info on the last time they have connected to the server.
