Hi,

I am using Windows SBS 2000 and intermittently, messages get stuck in the
Exchange SmallBusiness SMTP connector queue. Though recipients to whom
messages are sent seem to be random, the problem occurs most often when
sending to aol recipients and seem to occur whenever sent to one specific aol
recipient. The messages show a status of retry, with no other information
listed in the status field.

Any assistance or direction with this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Dwaine

Turns out that I needed a reverse lookup record. All works fine now, but I
am puzzled as to why some of the messages (even to aol recipients) were
eventually delivered. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Dwaine
