Message not in client

Turn off Outlook Today. Right-click on the Outlook Today folder in the
folder list and select Properties. Go to the Home Page tab and uncheck to
show the folder home page. You will then see any items in the folder when
you select it in the folder list.

Hi.

Using Web Access I can see I have a mail item located in the root folder of
my mailbox but I cannot find the item in Outlook. Tried the advanced search
but still no result.

Any clue?

Server: Win2003, Exchange 2003
Client: WinXP, Outlook 2003
