login error message on rpc over http

I have set up the server according to the following link.

Also following the same link to setup my client with outlook 2003. On the
client, I have managed to get a logon screen, after type in user
name/password, I got the following message :

"The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook
must be online or connected to complete this action".

I have search the internet for information. All lead to dead end.

Anyone would throw any light on this.
