Message cant be seen in client inbox

I have a problem with at least one maibox on an exchange 2000 server. Mail
from at least one sender is not visible in the client mailbox.

The client is configured to leave all mail on the exchange server.

I have used message tracking to show that the mail was delivered to the
information store and the correct mailbox.

The message seems to be there but the client inbox will not show it at all.

Check in OWA
Check view settings in Outlook
Check rules in Outlook

Message can't be seen in inbox I have a client who is unable to see messages from one (or more) senders. I've used the tracking log to show that the messages are delivered to the store but the client (Outlook) doesn't show the message in the in box.
