Got a problem with some external emails coming in when delivering to several
clients.

Taking one example 3 people got the message one didn't. I checked the
message source, the email was sent to 4 of my users, all spelt correctly. I
checked the email in Message Tracking Center, in the To: field were only 3 of
the users. Can't see why one has been missed out.

Any ideas?

I know this may not be a solution, more of a temporary fix but why not create
a mailbox for the original mail to hit and then use an outlook rule to
forward it to those users that require it, at least this will give you some
time to properley troubleshoot the problem.
