MS Exchange 2003 standard to 2003 Enterprise Upgradation

Hi group,

Kindly help me to upgrade my exchange server 2003 standard edition
(Version 6.5 Built 7226.6 With SP 1) to 2003 enterprise edition and
service pack 2. Is there any steps to be followed to upgrade, Will it
affect my existing mailbox and user settings ? My Exchange server is
running on Windows server 2003 std.
