Loopback in exchange 2000

Hi,
I had one prblm in mail delivery.My mail box in X exchange 2000 server and
i sent mail to Y exchange server mailbox users.Note both server are in same
domain.My Mail went to Y server but not delivered to local store ,Intead of
deliver locally it again went y server SMTP queue.Then it went to gateway of
my domain .we had this prblm only two times.That time nobady from Y server
users recived mail from other servers.After i restarted SMTP virtual server
Server to normal.
Note :Symptom is nobody reciving mail from other servers and other domain.

If anybody has solution pls Help me.

Dear Eric,

No prblm in routing configurations ,bcz last two years we didn't get like
this type prblm ,only last week happed and we didnt change any routing
configuration recently.
