Key management service

I have a problem in KMS. I installed the CA and the key management service
normally, but a received a wrong error from KMS
"The message from the Microsoft Exchange Key Management Server could not be
processed. Contact your administrator for a new security token, and set up
advanced security again"
I was trying to enroll certificate but could not to encrypt and digitally
signature my mesagens

ID event from aplication log: 5005

Have you tried to restart the services ?
