Hello,

One of our HelpDesk staff created a few users and managed to give them
a "phantom" mailbox. The user's AD properties has the Exchange tabs
but nothing in them can be modified. Also, their mailboxes aren't
listed in the GAL or the Private Info Store on the server.

The only option in Exchange tasks for each of the new users is "remove
exchange attributes" - is that safe to use in this case or should we
just delete and recreate the new users?

I'm paranoid and have visions of restoring AD!

Thanks,

- Alan.
