Is there a way to intercept email from a specific email
address coming into the Exchange server?

Hi,

With Exchange 5.5, you can filter incoming mail using the following steps:

1. Bring up the Properties of the Internet Mail Service

2. Select the Connections tab

3. Select the Message Filter button

4. Add the domain you want to filter

5. Hit OK all the way out and restart Internet Mail Service
