Is there a management tool out there that can simply delete all E-Mail only
in a 2007 Exchange user's mailbox based on age? It would work similarly to
an archiving utility I suppose, but instead of archiving I want the messages
purged. It appears extremely complicated to achieve this with policies
because I already a employ default policy for everyone that maintains the
Junk Mail and Deleted Items folders.

I also want this "Purge" to happen on demand rather than on the schedule
that accomodates the policies.

Thanks

Interactive = manual?

Policy-based management of such routine tasks is generally a better option,
unless there are some specific concerns.

It's not very complicated once you understand how it works.

Look for previous response(s) in microsoft.public.exchange.admin on this
topic, specifically one from yesterday titled "Recipient Policies in
Exchange 2007".
