Inplace Standard exchange 2000 to Enterprise exchange 2000

Friends,

I need to know is there any way to find out a solution for after running an
upgrade from standard exchange 2000 to enterprise exchange 2000 still getting
an event 1216 and in the registry it shows that it has successfully upgraded
it to the enterprise exchange 2000.

please send me some articles regards to this.
