How we can remvoe a resource mail box and cancel all the booking (and also
notify users ) automatically.

Hi,

Its easy enough to remove the mailbox (just delete the assiciated user), but
it don't thinks that you can notify the users without deleting each
appointment manually (or possible by a script) and choose the notify the
users about the deletion of these meetings.
