How to migrate from IMAP server to Exchange 2003?

Hi, I'm trying to migrate from Courier-MTA IMAP server to Exchange 2003.

Migration Wizard asks me for User list file, but i couldn't find anywere any
reference for its format.

Please help...

For IMAP, check the format of the userlist file with the Ldapimap.rtf
documentation. A copy of that file ships with EX55 SP3 but you may want to
check SP4 for EX55 as well. I could not find any "updated" information for
Exchange 2003 but if the EX55 document does not satisfy your needs, I am
going to dig into that for you. Just let me know.
