Help: Adding a Second Exchange Server

Hellos,
I currently have 1 exchange 2003 SP2 server hosting all my stores. The
Exchange 2003 server uses a smart host for outgoing messages, and the same
smart host server is used for all incoming messages which are then forwarded
to the exchange server. I also have a Front Web server.
I would like to add a second Exchange server within the same site and move 2
stores to this new server to distrubte load.
Here are my questions:
1) Could someone please point me to some good documentation that could
assist me with this process?
2)If a user with a mailbox in server 1 sends mail to a user with a mailbox
in server 2 how is the mail forwarded between servers? What needs to be
configured for this to work?
3) For incoming mail, what is needed to ensure that mail is delivered to the
correct Exchange server?
4) What changes would have to be made to the Front End server to accomodate
the addition of the second exchange server?

In my own experience you only need to insert the disk of Microsoft
Exchange 2003, run the instalation as the first server but without running
"/DomainPrep" "/ForestPrep", when finishing you have a new exchange server
(ADVICE: READ CAREFULLY WHAT YOU HAVE ON SCREEN BEFORE CLICKING) and then to
move some users go to your Active directory snap-in then select the users,
right-click then Exchange Tasks, Move MailBox, select your new server and
then next, and Done!!!
2) The Administrative Routing Group manages automatically on that routing of
mails between server 1 and 2
3) The incomming mail can be the current server, the Administrative Routing
Group take that duty and deliver the mail to the courrent mail server
(that's why you need your Active Directory)
4) If your FrontEnd Server is Exchange NONE, Administrative Routing Group
of exchange does it for you, take this into consideration, if you use your
smarthost into the SMTP protocol consider to use a conecctor out of your
server (really easy to deploy and you dertermine which servers are going to
be your "Main Gateway" (recommended your actual server), if you deploy more
BackEnd servers you have no why to worry about it, if you remove one just
verify that your server is not ser as "master" and that's all, you can
remove that server without concernings..
