Hi,

Have you tried to ask the remote domain people whats the reason for their
refusal of the mail?
It is most probably not an Exchange problem - it could however be that your
host is blacklistet but then they should inform you of the fact.

Did you have any success? I am experiencing the same problem and found your
thread while searching. I receive the same error message ---"Requested
action not taken: message refused (in reply to end of DATA
command) from our Exchange server in response to automatic updates sent
by Outlook to calender appointments.

Suggestions anyone?

Hi,

Do you have a PIX firewall between the server and the clients. If yes the
mailguard feature here is causing the problems.

Hi all,

You can also find your Mailguard is enabled on your cisco pix firewall or
not by doing a telnet session to your exchange and see whether you are able
to see the exchange banner if Mailguard is enabled then you will found
220******* like this.

Incase if you found you can disable by following the KB article
