When I try to e-mail a particular domain I get the following error message.

501 missing fully qualified domain name

I have TrendMicro Interscan virus wall and I have disabled it and tried as
well. This is the only domain I seem to have an issue with.

What does their postmaster say?

One thing that might help would be to show us the full SMTP dialog so we
know at what point this message is returned.

Did you get this resolved? I can help. The system you're sending to has
strict RFC compliance enabled and your system isn't compliant.

Let me know if you need assistance.
