Hi I am trying to find out if there is a way to hide a
specific contact in the Global Address list for all(12)

Is this possible to do?

I would create a second outlook global address list. (GAL) Put all the contacts u want those 2 users to see in there, and then use the main one with the hidden contacts for the other users.
