File Shares on Windows Server 2003 - Cluster gets Unshared a

Two users have their home directory unshared after a reboot out of 1000s of
users. Not sure whether there is any limitation on number of users a file
server can handle? I find it odd that this happened after I upgraded the
cluster from 2000 to 2003. What could be the problem?
