Failed MAPI Login

I am not able to login to the Key Manager. I can run a KMS
database verification, so I am confident my password is
valid. While running diagnostics and trying to login, I
recieve an application event that states "failed logging on
as a MAPI client"

Hi Dean,

Check out:
283728 XADM: KMS Server Does Not Start with Event ID 5015 Error Message:

Also, see if the following registry key exists on the Exchange server:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Exchange Provider\DS Server

If it does and it points to an invalid server, then correct it or delete the
value.
