Exmerge and Windows 2003 upgrade

Hi all,

I am in the process of upgrading my w2k dc's to windows 2003. I am running
Exmerge in one of the additional domain controllers with Exchange 2000
installed. As Exchange 2000 is incompatabile with Windows 2003 I have to
uninstall it, but does this affect the exmerge process?

Does exmerge need Exchange 2000 installation to work or just exmerge
executable and ini files?
