I have a Dopod C720W and wanna use it to receive email and even sync calendar
through the direct push. I had set the Exchange server that enable mobile
access, but it still cannot connect to the mail server (Both by GPRS or by
LAN). can someone tell me the step to setup this function?
Thanks so much

How are you entering the connection information?

What is your Exchange Server version?

I am using Exchange 2003 SP2, and the mobile is using Mobile 5.0 OS
I had try to enter the Exchange server name, such as the server name in LAN
or the OWA web address, into the ActiveSync. But it still cannot detect the
server( even conneted by USB or internet thourgh GPRS

Ok, pardon the very basic question, but you can browse the Internet on the
phone, correct?

When you are connected by USB, are you using desktop ActiveSync to configure
the connection?
