Exchange 5.5 Admin install

I am looking to install the Exchange 5.5 Admin tools on a
Windows 2003 Server but receive errors stating that it is
not supported. Has any tryied this type of install with
any success. The admin tool is being installed onto a
Windows 2003 Citrix Presentation Server.
