Hi.

I've noticed that the MTS-IN queue on our Exchange 2003 server is full
of messages that are over the size limit set globally.

I've changed the size limit so that there is no limit but messages are
still getting stopped that are over the original limit.

Do i need to restart any services to make the no limit restriction
come into effect??

Thanks

Try restarting the SMTP and the routing engin services.

Yes for sure using ESM - Under servers - protocols - SMTP virtual server,
highlight the SMTP VS and press the Stop button on the console then start.
