Exchange not creating mailbox

Hi,

I have an issue with my exchange server, when I'm creating a new account in
the AD the mailbox is not being created. I even deleted the mailbox an then
created again and still the mailbox is no being created.

Windows 2000
Exchnage 2000

Any ideas?

No specific errors?

Any store related errors in the event viewer?

What is the Service pack levels of your Windows and Exchange?

I don't see any error related to that. I just doen't create the mailbox. I
did nothing in the weekend, related to this, and the mailbox is now ready.
What concerns me, is that this happend before, but this time really took long.

I been looking for events on both, exchage and Domain controller servers,
but nothing happend during or near the time from when I created the mailbox.

It's windows 2000 sp4 and Exchange 2000 sp3

Hi,

Mailbox is not created till the user starts outlook/owa for the first time
or till someone sends the user an emails. Is this what you are experiencing?
