Exchange documentation templates

I'm working on an internal standardization program for all the documentation regarding IT systems & policy.
I'm looking for a standard Exchange documentation templates in order to document each installation site (configuration, security, checklists, maintenance plan, ect.).
Any resource about it? Anyone can help me?
