I get 0xc0000bb8 fatal error when trying to run this tool. It gets as far as
collecting log information and then says that fatal error saying it cannot
find processor log info.

I looked at the installation parameters and cannot find what I'm missing.
It connects to the mail server but then immediately spits back that error.

Any help is appreciated.
