Exchange Server Plugin - Reg

Hi

I want to write a plugin for Exchange Server, when excahge server recevies
new mail means it should be captured and stored as textfile. Same for
outgoing mail.

Wheather it is possible ? if so what i've to do ? or using MAPI and Exchange
SDK we do this ?
