I have a question. This problem is bugging me for a long time

We have 2 Domain controllers, one is a PDC and one is BDC.
BDC is new. I did it from scratch. Now this is my problem.
When I take our PDC down, the BDC kicks in.
Authenticates, map all my drive without any problem.
But I am having problem with exchange.
My WS's cant connect to exchange for some reason.
I checked the event log and my exchange is still looking for my PDC and my
OLD BDC.
How do I change that? I mean how do I put exchange to look for my New BDC
instead of the old one.
I also checked the DNS, and they are all correct.

Any help would be appreciated.

ESM | Server -> properties | Directory Access tab.
Look at Configuration DCs, DCs and GCs - do they have static configs or is
"Automatically discover servers" checked?
