Exchange (SBS 2003) ETRN from Meark?

Hi,

Have anyone maneged to sync emails from Merak mail server to Exchange?
Should I use ETRN? I have run all the wizzards in Exhage, but haven't got a
single mail downloaded.

Any pointers, please?
