Hi,

Does anyone know of any tool or API sample that I can use to query real time
for a mailbox contact kept in Exchange? E.g. I want to know if an email
address is already added in contact of an any mailbox or not.

Also, is there any client maybe an add-on and a way to force Outlook 2003 to
keep its contacts in Active Directory at user level so I can use an LDAP
query for the above? Idea is that instead of querying the mailstores at
mailbox level which may be slow for 500 users to keep these contact ready in
AD. A user should be able to add new contacts in AD for their usage in their
secure area straight from Outlook. Is anything that can be done here?

I will really appreciate your help on this.

Thank you,

Zorba
