Exchange 2007 PrepareAD .... FAILED

After running the switch I get:

Active Directory operation failed on gc.mydomain.com. The obje
ct 'CN=All Contacts,CN=All Address Lists,CN=Address Lists
Container,CN=Greenbria
r Associates,CN=Microsoft
Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=mydomain,DC=com' already exists.

I did modify the default LDAP query for Address Lists. What do I do? Yikes!
