|
|
Hello,
I'm trying to connect to my Exchange 2003 using Outlook Express. I noticed
that the POP3 in my server is disable and I can not start it because all the
options are "gray". The question is, Why it is down and how can I start it?
Thanks,
Carlos

Yes, all the options (start, stop, pause, resume, restart) are grayed out.

Right click the Service and select Properties. Under Log On tab, what is
selected? Under Dependencies Tab, what is shown?
