I'm hoping one of you might be able to see where I've gone wrong with
OWA on Exchange 2003 SP2.
New Windows 2003 Std SP2 server as BDC, transferred FSMO, RID etc from
old Windows 2000 server, installed Exchange and migrated mailboxes,
connectors, PF, as per KB307917 and it's all working fine.
Client is software developer and wanted to be able to access email
from client sites, great setup OWA with goDaddy SSL cert and tested
fine as per implementing RPC over HHTP in single Exchange server
environment.
The start getting reports of issues where when on their customer sites
accessing OWA they get the welcome/login screen, enter user details
and then the server tries to redirect to internal FQDN and thus
fails.
I've tried with both DOMAIN\user and user and both work.
Both my working user and the manager reporting issues have all the
mobile services and protocols enabled.
When I try from my office and other clients it always works for me and
so my question - where next, what have I missed?
TIA
Tony
