In setting up a user for a digital ID supplied from the
Exchange server, when entering the temporary security
token from System Attendant and entering a password when
prompted the user receiveds a "invalid password" error.

Have tried password as the password. Isnt this security
integrated it the users AD account??? Also had a similar
situation where a user is having to use a different
password to open encrypted emails then there current
logon password. Seems strange. Where does this password
get pulled from? All other users have had no issues and
can use there AD account password.

Any ideas?

Cheers.

Have you issed a new token?
When setting the token up...this is where the password
gets set...and is passed to the KM sever. I have never
used an AD account password for encryption. You can make
them the same by suppling it upon setup but that's the
only place I know of.
If you're getting an invalid password hit the back button
and change the Digitall ID name. When you go forward from
there you should get a password field and a change
password field and not get the error any longer.
