Exchange 2000 Cluster Moving a Mailbox Store Database

Hi all,

This is probably a pretty simple question - I am a bit rusty on
Exchange 2000 clusters.

I have an active/passive cluster running on Windows 2000 and Exchange
2000 Enterprise. The disk (V Drive) that is holding my mailbox store
databases (EDB and STM files) is filling up.

So, I would like to move one of these mailbox store databases to a new
volume that I have created (I have configured this resource in the
cluster already so that both nodes can see the new volume - lets call
it the U Drive).

My question is, when I change the path of the mailbox store databases
within the ESM to point to the new location, where do I make the
changes? Is it on the Exchange Virtual Server, or on the active node,
or on both nodes?

Thanks to a college at work - the answer is that the changes should be
made on the Exchange Virtual Server (EVS).

restore exchange mailbox store from backup my mailbox store got corrupt. I recovered the files form a backup made the day before however I canot get them to work. I cannot mount the mailbox with the recovered files. Please help

Mailbox Store I accidentally changed permissions on he Mialbox Store in ESM. Now it doesn't show up under First Storage Group. Most people can still get to their inbox in Outlook but cannot connect to the server. The MTA says Not Available. I can create another mailbox
