I am receiving a lot of the following error in my event logs:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Server ActiveSync
Event Category: None
Event ID: 3005
Date: 12/27/2007
Time: 8:38:01 AM
User: DOMAIN\user.name
Computer: SERVERNAME
Description:
Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error: Server: [servername.domain.local]
User: [user.name@example.com] HTTP status code: [409]. Verify that the
Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly.

I have tried method two in KB 817379. I have cleared the phone and
reconfigured the account. I have verified all permissions and authentication
methods in IIS.

This only happens when users attempt to delete or move a message. Does
anyone have an idea how to solve this?
