Event ID 12002

I keep getting this message in the Application Event Log:
Event Type Error
Event Source: MSExchangeIS
Event Category: Content Engine
Event ID: 12002

Error 8004011B-820003A2 occurred while prcessing message from 'hilight
words'

Does anyone know what this means and where it's comming from? It shows up in
the event log many times during the day.
