Error read message

I don't know what happen why our outlook 2003 received message from france
office. the preview panel show " This item cannot be diplayed in the Reading
Pane. Open the item to reqad its contents." The mailbox locate in Exchange
2003 SP2 server. English Version. Also I cannot delete / move this message,
pls advicw how can delete this message.

Hi,

Can you shift/delete the message from Outlook?
If not try to delete the message from OWA.

I cannot delete in both ( OWA / Outlook). pls advice

Hi,

No need to shout.

Did you really try exmerge - that is the only solution left unless you want
to delete the mailbox and start all over with an empty one.
