Exchange 2003 with clients using Windows XP Professional, both at work
and at home. Can open OWA mail and inbox shows number of emails (both
old and new) but you can't see them.
Not using .pst's so that is not the issue.

This has to be a rights setting or an internet option that I have not
found. One computer at work location, log into domain and log into OWA
under user and can't view their emails. Log in to the domain under the
administrator account on same computer, enter OWA mail site with
original users name and password and can view emails just fine.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Robert

It's likely a view setting on the inbox in that user's OWA. Check the
drop-down menu right next to "View" ...perhaps it's set to Unread Messages
or someting...change it to Messages and see what happens.

Thanks for the quick reply. It is not a view setting that I have been
able to find within the OWA page. It shows they have both read and
unread mail but they aren't viewed. I was thinking more along the
lines of an IE setting somewhere that I have not found.

I will keep working on my end and post an answer if I find one.
