Hi,

we're currently using F-Secure Anti Virus for Exchange 6.42.162 on a
German Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise.

Since we're servicing quite a few international users with mailboxes
from this server too, we're having some difficulties with the fact
that F-Secure seems to be logging on to each mailbox once an hour
and sets the language of each mailbox back to German. Thus, messages
generated from the Exchange system are presented the users in German.

As far as I know this is because we initially have selected "German"
as installation language of F-Secure. I think we could change this
to English with re-installing the software, however, this would mean
that all mailboxes would be switched to English once the virus scanner
performs the mailbox logon.

I'm wondering if there are any virus scanners out there that have the
ability to use different languages for each mailbox store.

Does anybody know whether or not such a solution does exist?

best regards
Michael
