Disabling Instant Messaging in exchnage 2000 through VBScrip

How can I disable instant messaging in exchange 2000/Windows 2000
through VBScript? I have the VBScript to enable it. I'm searching for
this for past 3 weeks. Please suggest.

Instant Messenging I installed Windows Messenger 5.1 and I am able to login to the Exchange 2000 server, however everyone is unable to. I enabled their IM, but they just can not login. I can not find out what the difference between my IM and theirs is. Thanks, Sam
