'Default' exchange recipient mailbox

I would like to set up my exchange server (2003) so that
any emails that come in to my domain go to a default
mailbox, UNLESS there is a specific one set up for that
address.

For example, Greg@gke.on.ca would go to the 'Greg.Kaufman'
mailbox (as I've setup the email address in that mailbox),
but 'BigJerk@gke.on.ca' would go to the 'OtherEmails'
mailbox that is setup as the default.

With a unix box, you can set up a *@gke.on.ca address to
forward to a specific mailbox. How do you do it with
Exchange?

See www.turbogeeks.com - MailBasket will do this for you (don't know whether
it runs on 2003 tho).
