Dear All,

I am attempting to recover a mailbox for a user. These are the steps taken
so far:

Created Dc and installed Exchange 2003 + SP2
Took an existing DC from the live environment (complete AD and GC) and
placed on a separate network with the exchange server
Restored from backup the mailbox store, using Recovery Storage Group
Mounted recovery storage group
Attempted to move user mailbox from the Recovery Storage Group to the normal
Storage Group (which is mounted as an empty database)
Error reported when conecting to server.

Errors:

9175 - error opening MAPI session 'OpenMsgStore'
9167 - No administrative user interface on server Exchange, MAPI provider
failed
1041 - 'Faye Welsh' MAPI provider failed.

I have restarted the DC since it became a Global Catalog, user account is
active in AD.

HELP!!! what do I need to do to conect to the users mailbox and PST the info
required??

Apollo
