We have recently launched CRM & the Outlook CRM client. I found an
article on how to customize the view to show the parent company which
we want to do my question is is there anyway for us to set this at the
server level so it defaults for everyone's Outlook or is this a user
by user customization???

Any help is greatly appreciated!
