Have a public calendar folder in which we wish to create items with a
public form.

Folder properties have form showing as associated with the folder, and
"When posting to this folder use" is set to the correct form name.

Account being used has owner rights to the folder.

Double clicking on a time causes the error message "You don't have the
permission to move this item"

If user right clicks and selects "New Appointment" the correct form is
displayed. Editing the form causes the same "You don't have the
permission to move this item" message to be displayed.

A further wrinkle is that if the standard form (appointment) for
calendar folders is used, double clicking or right clicking on a
particular day and time will open an appointment with that day and time
as the start time. If the custom form is used, it opens with the
CURRENT date and time as the start time.

How could we get this custom form to behave as expected? We suspect it
has to do with the form not being published to the Organizational Forms
Library but need more detail.

Thanks in advance.
